1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Nexdev Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Nexdev Vision provides a range of digital solutions including but not limited to Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and MS Office Solutions. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Nexdev Vision during the course of a project, including code, designs, and content, remain the property of Nexdev Vision until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, while Nexdev Vision retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these items may result in project delays and additional costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexdev Vision shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
